- We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile payment platforms, and cash (at our office).
- Full payment may be required for certain travel services or during peak seasons.
- Any service charges or transaction fees will be communicated beforehand.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- In case of cancellations, Go Air will assist you in processing any refunds, but refund timelines and amounts depend on third-party policies.

5. Visa Assistance

- Go Air is not responsible for any visa denials, delays, or decisions made by immigration authorities.

7. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information for bookings and visa applications.
- Any incorrect details provided (such as name spelling, travel dates, passport numbers) may result in penalties or loss of booking.
- You are responsible for complying with the entry, exit, and transit requirements of your destination country.
8. Service Modifications
- Go Air reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
- In case of unavoidable changes (natural disasters, airline schedule changes, etc.), we will do our best to offer alternatives.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Go Air acts as a travel agent and is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
- We are not liable for losses caused by unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.

- We value your privacy and ensure that your personal data is handled securely and used only for travel service purposes.
